Clinical Supervision
I provide clinical supervision and consultation for early career psychologists and therapists who are looking to deepen their clinical skills, strengthen their therapeutic identity, and grow with confidence in their work.
With over seven years of experience as a clinical supervisor, supervision is a part of my professional work that I value immensely. I see supervision as a collaborative and reflective space where clinicians can think deeply about their work, explore challenging cases, and develop greater clarity in their clinical decision-making. Effective supervision offers both guidance and support—helping therapists refine their skills, navigate ethical questions, and continue growing as thoughtful, attuned clinicians.
I aim to create a space that feels supportive and intellectually engaging, where supervisees can openly reflect on their clinical work, consider multiple perspectives, and build confidence in their own clinical voice. Supervision often includes case consultation, integration of theory, discussion of therapeutic process, diagnosis and treatment planning, and risk assessment and management.
My training spans several evidence-based and relational modalities, including:
Infant–Parent Mental Health
Play Therapy
Theraplay
Parent–Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)
Child–Parent Psychotherapy (CPP)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Because of this integrative background, I enjoy helping clinicians connect theory with practice and thoughtfully adapt interventions to the unique needs of each child, family, or adult they are supporting.
Supervision is not only about building clinical competence—it is also about developing a meaningful professional identity. I take great pride in mentoring early career clinicians and supporting them as they grow into confident, skilled therapists who can bring curiosity, compassion, and integrity to their work.
If you are an early career clinician seeking supervision or consultation, I welcome the opportunity to connect.
